Round page count up to a multiple of four, then divide by four.
Blank pages inserted
Padded page count − document page count.
Front-side page pairs
For sheet j from zero: padded−2j beside 1+2j; reverse the pair for right binding. Pages above the document count are Blank.
Back-side page pairs
For sheet j: 2+2j beside padded−1−2j; reverse for right binding.
