Examples
Examples
Try the starting example
- Requests in priority order JSON [[start hour, end hour, power W],...]
- [[0,3,1000],[1,4,800],[2,5,600]]
- Supplied available power (W)
- 1800
- Granted/deferred rows [start,end,powered request numbers,deferred numbers]
- [[0,1,[1],[]],[1,2,[1,2],[]],[2,3,[1,2],[3]],[3,4,[2,3],[]],[4,5,[3],[]]]
- Delivered energy (kWh)
- 6.6
- Deferred energy (kWh)
- 0.6
Try another scenario
- Requests in priority order JSON [[start hour, end hour, power W],...]
- [[1,3,1000],[1,4,800],[2,5,600]]
- Supplied available power (W)
- 1800
- Granted/deferred rows [start,end,powered request numbers,deferred numbers]
- [[1,2,[1,2],[]],[2,3,[1,2],[3]],[3,4,[2,3],[]],[4,5,[3],[]]]
- Delivered energy (kWh)
- 5.6
- Deferred energy (kWh)
- 0.6
Calculation method
Calculation method
Granted/deferred rows [start,end,powered request numbers,deferred numbers]
At each request boundary, greedily admit active loads in input priority order without exceeding supply.
Delivered energy (kWh)
At each request boundary, greedily admit active loads in input priority order without exceeding supply.
Deferred energy (kWh)
At each request boundary, greedily admit active loads in input priority order without exceeding supply.
Symbols and units
- a
- Requests in priority order JSON [[start hour, end hour, power W],...]
- b
- Supplied available power (W)
Use the units shown. A list keeps the order in which you enter its values. The symbol ^ means “raised to the power of”.
Assumptions & limits
Assumptions & limits
- Loads instantly interruptible and restartable; deferred means unserved at requested time, not rescheduled. Supported limits: All required fields must be finite values of the exact declared type and within displayed bounds. Lists contain1–1000 finite numbers. JSON tables are numeric rectangular rows, at most100 rows and30 columns; individual tools have stricter shape/domain constraints. Loads instantly interruptible and restartable; deferred means unserved at requested time, not rescheduled.
