Calculation method
Calculation method
Setting rows with missing frames and acquisition seconds
For each exposure/temperature setting, missing=max(0,target-existing); acquisition=missing×exposure.
Total additional dark frames
For each exposure/temperature setting, missing=max(0,target-existing); acquisition=missing×exposure.
Total acquisition time (minutes)
For each exposure/temperature setting, missing=max(0,target-existing); acquisition=missing×exposure.
Symbols and units

Use the units shown. A list keeps the order in which you enter its values. The symbol ^ means “raised to the power of”.
Assumptions & limits
Assumptions & limits
- Per-setting inventory; each row is a distinct user-calibrated exposure/temperature setting. Readout, cooling and transfer overhead excluded. Supported limits: All required fields must be finite values of the exact declared type and within displayed bounds. Lists contain1–1000 finite numbers. JSON tables are numeric rectangular rows, at most100 rows and30 columns; individual tools have stricter shape/domain constraints. Per-setting inventory; each row is a distinct user-calibrated exposure/temperature setting. Readout, cooling and transfer overhead excluded.
