Calculation method
Calculation method
Session elapsed minutes
One operator preps every part in input order, then finishes ready parts in earliest-ready order.
Active work minutes
Sum all prep and finish durations.
Idle waiting minutes
Elapsed session − active work.
Overlapping task schedule (minutes from start)
Each soak begins after that part’s prep; finishes cannot begin until prep has ended and the required soak has elapsed.

Use the units shown. A list keeps the order in which you enter its values. The symbol ^ means “raised to the power of”.
Assumptions & limits
Assumptions & limits
- A timing plan only: all cleaning methods, product compatibility and soak durations must already be selected from manufacturer instructions. It gives no chemical-mixing or cleaning-temperature guidance.
