Calculation method
Calculation method
Batch count
Repeated bottom-left packing on usable bed, input order, permitting 90° rotation.
Batch placements [ID,x,y,width,depth,rotation] (mm)
Return coordinates offset by edge margin; preserve exclusions and requested pair separation.
Total objects
Input row count.
Symbols and units

- b
- Bed depth (mm)
- c
- Objects JSON [ID,width mm,depth mm]
- d
- Bed edge margin (mm)
- e
- Object separation (mm)
- f
- Exclusions JSON [x,y,width, depth] in usable-bed coordinates (mm)
Use the units shown. A list keeps the order in which you enter its values. The symbol ^ means “raised to the power of”.
Assumptions & limits
Assumptions & limits
- Axis-aligned rectangular bounding boxes, fixed exclusion zones and separation. Not collision planning for sequential printing, thermal analysis, brim/support clearance or optimal packing. Supported limits: 1..50 unique items; positive dimensions; margins leave positive bed; exclusion rectangles contained in usable bed, nonnegative gap; fail if item cannot fit alone.
