Try the starting example
- Courses [ready minute, desired dispatch minute, runner minutes]; enter JSON
- [[10,12,3],[11,12,3],[15,16,2]]
- Dispatch schedule [course, start, end, late minutes] (JSON)
- [[1,10,13,0],[2,13,16,1],[3,16,18,0]]
- Total dispatch delay (minutes)
- 1
Try another scenario
- Courses [ready minute, desired dispatch minute, runner minutes]; enter JSON
- [[10,10,4],[11,13,4],[16,16,3]]
- Dispatch schedule [course, start, end, late minutes] (JSON)
- [[1,10,14,0],[2,14,18,1],[3,18,21,2]]
- Total dispatch delay (minutes)
- 3
Calculation method
Calculation method
Dispatch schedule [course,start,end,late minutes] (JSON)
Process by ready time, tie row order; start=max(ready, runner free), lateness=max(0,start−target).
Total dispatch delay (minutes)
Sum course dispatch lateness, with one runner.
Symbols and units

Use the units shown. A list keeps the order in which you enter its values. The symbol ^ means “raised to the power of”.
Assumptions & limits
Assumptions & limits
- One service runner and fixed course readiness; each course dispatch reserves runner for supplied minutes. Supported limits: All numeric inputs and computed intermediates must remain finite. Supported numeric input magnitude is zero or 1e-12 through 1e12 in absolute value; reject values outside this bounded range. All lists/JSON record tables are limited to 100 records unless a stricter bound is stated; reject malformed record arity and wrong member types. All numeric values must be finite. Lists contain at most 100 records; required lists must be nonempty. Rates, probabilities and fractions are entered as fractions, not percentages; fractions must be between 0 and 1. Use a single consistent user-selected currency for all amounts; no exchange-rate conversion.
