Examples
Try the starting example
- Clients [identifier, last appointment ISO date, interval days]; enter JSON
- [["A","2026-10-01",28],["B","2026-10-05",28]]
- Available appointment ISO dates; enter JSON
- ["2026-10-30","2026-11-03"]
- Rebooking [client,due,suggested date] (JSON)
- [["A","2026-10-29","2026-10-30"],["B","2026-11-02","2026-11-03"]]
- Unplaced clients (count)
- 0
Try another scenario
- Clients [identifier, last appointment ISO date, interval days]; enter JSON
- [["A","2026-10-03",30],["B","2026-10-04",30]]
- Available appointment ISO dates; enter JSON
- ["2026-11-02","2026-11-04"]
- Rebooking [client,due,suggested date] (JSON)
- [["A","2026-11-02","2026-11-02"],["B","2026-11-03","2026-11-04"]]
- Unplaced clients (count)
- 0
Calculation method
Calculation method
Rebooking [client,due,suggested date] (JSON)
Sort clients by due then ID; choose earliest unused available date>=due; null if none.
Unplaced clients (count)
Count clients with no supplied date on or after due.
Symbols and units
- a
- Clients [identifier, last appointment ISO date, interval days]; enter JSON
- b
- Available appointment ISO dates; enter JSON
Use the units shown. A list keeps the order in which you enter its values. The symbol ^ means “raised to the power of”.
Assumptions & limits
Assumptions & limits
- Client-selected calendar intervals; one appointment per listed available date. No treatment interval recommendation. Supported limits: All numeric inputs and computed intermediates must remain finite. Supported numeric input magnitude is zero or 1e-12 through 1e12 in absolute value; reject values outside this bounded range. All lists/JSON record tables are limited to 100 records unless a stricter bound is stated; reject malformed record arity and wrong member types. Valid ISO dates; positive integer day intervals; unique available dates; <=100 clients/dates.
