Net commissionable receipts
Deduct refunds from eligible receipts.
First-band commission (currency)
Apply the first rate only up to the supplied band cap.
Upper-band commission (currency)
Apply the second rate only to receipts above the cap.
Total commission (currency)
Add marginal band commissions.
