- One officiating assignment per match-role request for a simultaneous round. Official capacities one; eligibility encodes supplied qualifications, availability and conflicts. Repeat separately for nonoverlapping rounds. Supported limits: Up to 100 requests and 200 total seats. Each request needs one seat. Time conflicts or qualification rules must already be encoded in eligibility.
