Calculation method
Calculation method
Scheduled repeat services by tyre
Count service dates last+interval through the inclusive horizon; day zero is the planning origin, not an automatic service.
Total entered-dose requirement (ml)
Sum service count×tyre count×entered dose.
Stock shortfall (ml)
max(0,total requirement−current stock).
Additional whole bottles
Round shortfall/bottle size upward.
Projected final stock (ml)
Current stock+whole bottles×bottle size−requirement.
Symbols and units
- a
- Tyres: name, count, entered dose ml, repeat interval days, last service day index
- b
- Forecast horizon day index
- c
- Current sealant stock (ml)
- d
- Bottle size (ml)
Use the units shown. A list keeps the order in which you enter its values. The symbol ^ means “raised to the power of”.
Assumptions & limits
Assumptions & limits
- Inventory arithmetic under service intervals and doses you enter. It does not select a sealant, prescribe a dose or determine when a tyre needs service.
