Calculation method

Calculation method

Track schedule

Preserve input order within each track; each track starts at the supplied start, with a break between its consecutive sessions.

Programme finish

Latest session finish across tracks, including a day marker if needed.

Elapsed programme (minutes)

Latest finish − programme start; no break is added after the final session.

Presenter clashes

Flag overlapping half-open session intervals for an identical presenter name; use a dash to mark no presenter.

Symbols and units
a
Sessions: name, track, minutes, presenter; one per line
b
Programme start (HH:MM)
c
Break between sessions on each track (minutes)

Use the units shown. A list keeps the order in which you enter its values. The symbol ^ means “raised to the power of”.

Assumptions & limits

Assumptions & limits

  • Parallel tracks start together, with fixed per-track session order. Presenter conflicts are reported rather than resolved automatically. Times are local clock arithmetic without timezone/DST inference; table names cannot contain commas.
