Calculation method
Calculation method
On-time-in-full share of due orders (%)
Among promises on/before as-of, count orders receiving at least their ordered quantity by the promised date.
On-time units / ordered units among due orders (%)
Cap on-time receipts at each due order’s quantity, then divide total on-time units by total due ordered units.
Orders whose promise date is due
Count matured promise dates, avoiding not-yet-due denominator bias.
Orders not yet due
Count promises after as-of.
Due order IDs failing on-time-in-full
An order received fully but late still fails on-time-in-full.
Total received units in supplied events
Sum supplied receipt-event units through as-of; over-receipts stay visible in this total.
Symbols and units
- a
- Orders: ID, ordered units, promised receipt date
- b
- Receipt events: unique event ID, order ID, receipt date, units
- c
- As-of date
Use the units shown. A list keeps the order in which you enter its values. The symbol ^ means “raised to the power of”.
Assumptions & limits
Assumptions & limits
- A supplied promise/partial-receipt audit. Quantities and dates must already be linked to the right order; the tool does not predict delivery or update supplier performance records.
