Unresolved ticket age buckets
For open/pending records count lower≤age<next lower; last bucket has no upper bound.
Oldest unresolved ticket IDs

Oldest unresolved age (calendar days)
Audit date−creation date of the oldest unresolved record.
Unresolved tickets
Count open/pending records.
Closed tickets excluded
Count closed records, while still validating their dates and statuses.
