Sum team balances; internal transfers do not change the company total.
External hires, exits and internal transfers
Sum people by movement type, counting each transfer once rather than as an external hire/exit.
Observed minus calculated closing headcount by team
Compare supplied observed closing team counts to the movement bridge.
