Calculation method
Calculation method
Fulfilled minutes by interval/language
For each supplied interval solve an integral maximum flow from agent capacities through eligible languages to required language-minute demand.
Unfilled interval/language minutes
Required−fulfilled by language, without counting multilingual capacity twice.
Total fulfilled agent-minutes
Sum maximum feasible flows over nonoverlapping supplied intervals.
Required demand minutes fulfilled (%)
Fulfilled/required×100; undefined for zero required demand.
Feasible agent/language allocation
Show positive agent-language flows. Minutes may be split between languages within a bucket; this is not a timed appointment schedule.
Symbols and units
- a
- Nonoverlapping time buckets: interval ID, language, required agent-minutes
- b
- Available agent buckets: agent ID, interval ID, agent-minutes, eligible languages joined by |; or none
Use the units shown. A list keeps the order in which you enter its values. The symbol ^ means “raised to the power of”.
Assumptions & limits
Assumptions & limits
- Exact minute-capacity matching under supplied language eligibility and nonoverlapping interval labels, with at most forty agents and forty demands per interval. It does not verify fluency or create shifts.
